What It Does

Analyzes PDF structure to extract metadata, detect potentially dangerous content (JavaScript, embedded files), and report document properties.

How It Works

Reads the PDF as text and searches for metadata patterns in the document info dictionary, cross-reference table, and object streams. Detects indicators of JavaScript, forms, embedded files, and XMP metadata.
